This wine has floral accents and pepper spice, sweet fresh juicy red fruit, gentle structure, weightless length, and is youthful.
Fermented partially by carbonic (whole berry) maceration, this spicy wine is loaded with red fruits and marked with sharp acidity. It's full bodied and fresh, and should be consumed over the next couple of years. It finishes with a spot of lemon tea as it fades.
Light, bright red. Spice-inflected strawberry and cherry qualities on the lively nose, along with a subtle touch of earthiness. Taut and focused on the palate, offering juicy red fruit and floral pastille flavors that turn sweeter through the midpalate. Finishes silky and long, with barely discernible tannins and lingering florality. Drinking window: 2020 - 2023
